The place was nicely furnished and clean. Loved the furniture and outdoor furniture .. the only things I would like to see changed is more than 1 parking pass, Wine glasses, K cup coffee maker, Also Bathroom rugs need replaced.

This is an absolute beautiful condo. Everything was very clean, beautiful furniture. Upon arrival I did have some issues with pipes/water pressure. They were notified and someone was out there immediately to check out the situation. It was just pressure built up in the pipes, but water went everywhere and I had to use towels to make sure I cleaned it up, but they also sent someone and delivered more towels to me as well. The bed was very uncomfortable for me...just too firm. I have a hip replacement, back, cervical issues...so I was not comfortable. The owner approved a 4 inch memory foam mattress topper...it made a huge difference and I am so grateful for the owners for doing this. Elliott Rentals really went above and beyond!!! Thanks.
This is by far the best condo we stayed in the past three years at A Place at the Beach. Elliott Beach Rentals is awesome! They were so kind and accommodating!
