Two window air conditioning units keep A Place At The Beach IV 303 cool during warm summer days. Washer and dryer facilities are available on the premises. Please note that this third-floor condo does not have elevator access. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool or let little ones splash safely in the kiddie pool. After a day at the beach, rinse off at the outside shower before heading back upstairs. The property also includes a grilling and picnic area, perfect for casual outdoor meals with family and friends.
