It was a perfect location. Couldn’t have been better. Beach on one side and pool on the other. Only one flight of stairs. And room has been updated. Only suggestion is to have laminated cards to tell how to get the cable TV working.
We have stayed in many places in this section of the beach-this was our favorite, by far! Being directly on the ocean with nothing between you and the beach is what sets this place apart. We had some rainy weather, and it was still so nice to just enjoy the view from the balcony and the living room. Great layout for two couples. And a short walk to Icean Annie’s house it’s live music all day!

We had a very nice stay. Condo is very nice. The young lady that got the condo cleaned and ready for us did a great job!! She had the condo very clean and she was very nice and professional!! We will be back. This is the second year we’ve gone through Elliott, and everyone we’ve worked with from booking to picking up, dropping off keys, parking passes, to housekeeping has been above and beyond!! Thank you all. Until next year…
The balcony view was priceless! We enjoyed being able to see that view from the couch and listen to the waves.

Great location and vacation! Always has a convenient check in and check out process as well as updated emails and text messaging services before, during, and after the week. Great unit!
Had a wonderful vacation. Loved the condo Nice and comfortable furniture. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Only complaint was parking lot is very small so driving a Durango it was not easy to get in or out.
