With just a short walk to the beach, you can start and end your day enjoying a sunrise or sunset. During the day, visit one of the fabulous pools, hot tub, tennis court, sauna/steam room, small playground, grilling and picnic area or the on-site restaurant. Enter this bright and airy third-floor condo, Arcadian Dunes 3 #312, and feel yourself relax. The living room offers plenty of seating for a night in and access to the outdoor balcony via sliding glass doors.
The living room is open to the kitchen, with bar top seating at your kitchen island; there's always room for friends and family. Your kitchen is fully equipped so you can have the option of cooking in or dining out. The main bedroom has a private bath and access to the outdoor balcony. The washer/dryer is tucked away in the hallway.
Arcadian Dunes boasts fabulous amenities: two outdoor pools (one heated October–March, one closed October–March), a hot tub, sauna and steam room, a tennis court, a small playground, a grilling and picnic area, gazebos, and an on-site restaurant.

I booked this for a last minute getaway and it was perfect. Enough space for my group, and was a very short walk to the beach. There is a bar & grill right next to the unit that has different events at night. Super close to stores and restaurants, and super easy to find. It was a home away from home with the perfect beach vibe!
Arcadian Dunes 3 #312 was very nice! The condo was clean and well furnished. They had everything we needed in the kitchen. Our family enjoyed the pools onsite, and the beach was a short, easy walk away. We would definitely stay here again!
