Enter this bright and airy third-floor condo, Arcadian Dunes Building 3 #312, and feel yourself relax. The living room offers plenty of seating for a night in and access to the outdoor balcony via sliding glass doors.
The living room is open to the kitchen, with bar top seating at your kitchen island; there's always room for friends and family. Your kitchen is fully equipped so you can have the option of cooking in or dining out. The main bedroom has a private bath and access to the outdoor balcony. The washer/dryer is tucked away in the hallway.
Arcadian Dunes boasts fabulous amenities: two outdoor pools (one heated October–March, one closed October–March), a hot tub, sauna and steam room, a tennis court, a small playground, a grilling and picnic area, gazebos, and an on-site restaurant.
