Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Each of the four Diamond properties- Canary, Ocean Blue, Emerald, and Red- are remarkable on their own, but together, they form something even greater: a seamlessly connected space designed for large groups who want to vacation together without sacrificing comfort or privacy.
Each home can be rented individually, but combined they collectively sleep 128 people. Diamond Canary boasts 6 bedrooms and 6 and half baths, accommodating 32 people. While each home has its own distinct theme and personality, they are designed to flow together, allowing groups to move easily between spaces.
Whether your idea of having fun is watching a movie on a massive 100-inch TV, battling it out on an arcade console packed with 6,000 games, or a friendly foosball tournament, every property is equipped with entertainment for everyone’s enjoyment. The fun doesn’t stop there. Lounge by the pool as you soak up the sun. The kitchen is the heart of the home and that’s why each kitchen has been designed for a grand gathering. Wonderful stay
Great Beach house on the ocean! Beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for all. Kitchen was fully equipped to make great meals. Beds were extremely comfortable with multiple pillows. Super fun game room. A great stay for all!
The house was very nice. It was in a great location. It was lovely to have our own walkway out to the beach. The pool is smaller than we imagined it. But it was fine. The only trouble that we had was the parking situation. While we in Canary kept our cars at five. Someone had eight vehicles on the property which caused parking issues all weekend. The owner came by and he was extraordinarily nice. The house served its purpose for our family gathering. We would definitely use Elliot again.
