Heron Pointe F20 is located in the popular Shore Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, a favorite destination for visitors who enjoy a quieter beach atmosphere while still being close to the attractions of the Grand Strand. This two-story one-bedroom, one-bath condo is situated just two blocks from the ocean, making it only a five-minute walk to the beach. Inside the condo, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, central heating and air, wireless internet access, flatscreen TVs, and a washer and dryer. These conveniences in Heron Pointe F20 make the condo a comfortable choice for both weekend getaways and longer stays. The Heron Pointe community offers a variety of amenities for guests to enjoy during their vacation. Indoor and outdoor pools provide year-round swimming options, including a heated indoor pool for cooler weather. Guests can relax in the indoor hot tub, enjoy the sauna, or spend time on the sundeck. A grilling area is available for outdoor meals, and an outside shower makes rinsing off after the beach easy. Monthly winter rentals are available, making Heron Pointe F20 a great option for visitors who want to enjoy the mild coastal climate of the Shore Drive area during the off-season. Smoking is not permitted, and motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed. Please note that security cameras may be located in common areas of the condominium complex such as hallways, parking areas, and pool areas.
