Overall….OK. Unit is rather ‘dated’ and could use a refresh!
Plenty of room for my family of 6 adults and 3 children. We love the unit.
It would be nice to have bath mats and a rug by the entry door. Also hooks or another rack in the bathrooms would be helpful for hanging bathing suits.
Spacious condo with nice views and amenities such as the pool and hot tub.
We love staying at Pier Watch Villas I. The condo fits our family comfortably. The game room is a hit. Easy access to the beach. The oceanfront balconies let's you see the beautiful beach view. The fact it is right beside the pier is the best thing since we love to go fishing.
