This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Make room for the whole family at Abaco Dunes 2, a spacious beach house in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Located in the third row and beyond, this Myrtle Beach vacation rental offers ocean views and convenient access to the beach.
With 8 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 20 guests, there is plenty of room for a large family vacation. Spend sunny afternoons enjoying the private outdoor swimming pool, then head inside for friendly competition in the game room with a pool table.
The home features more than 3,000 square feet of heated living space, six furnished balconies, and an ocean view from the master bedroom. Two refrigerators provide extra room for groceries, while the washer and dryer and outdoor shower add convenience after beach days.
Wireless internet, 10 TVs, a Jacuzzi bathtub, and six parking spaces round out the amenities

Our family of 16 stayed at Abaco Dunes 2 in June 2026. It is a wonderful property! The bedroom/bathroom layout along with the shared spaces was perfect for our large group. We loved having a private pool. And the house is in very close proximity to the beach! We enjoyed walking for coffee and açaí bowls at Seaside Sunrise Cafe each morning. So many places sleep 16-20 people and only offer 4 parking spaces. Abaco Dunes 2 allows 6 cars which was perfect for multiple families vacationing together. We had a wonderful week and would recommend Abaco Dunes 2. We can’t wait to rent this property again next year.
The furnishings are wonderful. We feel we’re getting what we paid for. Wish we’d found this sooner.
There are small things that could use a little tlc. Small odds and ends items.
We had a great time. The house is large and spacious and has been exactly what we needed. When we have had a need, someone has came to help out.
Beautiful house. Only thing missing was a few lounge chairs at the pool.
We absolutely love this house! The rooms and bathrooms are all spacious. Everything is very well maintained. We’ve been renting in cherry grove for years and this is by far the best one!
There are water cracks in the ceiling.
Total of 5 families for this vacation in Myrtle Beach, all Moms and Dads and two adult kids had their own room with a King bed. Two rooms had two Queen beds each which was perfect for the younger kids. Main living area and kitchen on first floor and all bedrooms upstairs second and third level which was ideal for privacy when wanted. Location was perfect, very short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were great. Had couple minor issues both dealt with promptly by management agency. Plenty of parking space for our 6 vehicles but we really didn't need to drive much. Grocery store is short 4 blocks away wed usually walk there. Public golf course only 3 miles away. Kitchen was great, plenty of dishes. Big kitchen table great for dinners. Woul
