Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

With eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and a half bath, this spacious retreat accommodates up to 30 guests, giving your group plenty of room to celebrate, relax, and make memories.
Step outside to enjoy the private pool and hot tub, or follow the private walkway straight to the beach for a day in the sand and surf. Three oceanfront covered porches offer inviting places to enjoy the sea breeze and coastal views. Inside, the game room features a pool table and foosball, while the movie-theater setup, wet bars, and TVs throughout the home make relaxing evenings easy. An elevator and two washer-and-dryer sets add convenience for larger groups, and the gas grill is ready for cookouts. Beachcomber brings together oceanfront location, generous space, and entertainment for a memorable family getaway.

Beautiful home! Love all the space for a large family! We loved the set up and how everything was arranged! The kitchen was huge and very well stocked! The sunsets and the sunrises from the balcony were amazing. Thanks for sharing this lovely home!
It would be nice to have more towels and kitchen towels and a hair dryer. The pool needs a sign that says no diving since it is fairly shallow

Great stay! This place was perfect for our golf trip. The movie room got a lot of use and Elliot was extremely helpful and responsive when needed. Would recommend.
The house is beautiful and perfect for our group!
The Beachcomber House was beautiful—spacious, clean, and uncluttered. Everyone had their own large bedroom and bathroom, and sunrise from the porch is a must! The beach is just steps away, and the hot tub heats up quickly. We had a few small issues, but Elliott was very responsive and fixed them the same day.
House is awesome.
The outdoor area was perfect! The house was huge! Our family group of 23 had so much space. We loved the top of the line appliances and well stocked kitchen. The house was very clean and perfect for our family. It was a wonderful vacation! Hope to vacation here again in the future!

Beachcomber is the most elegant, clean house. Our stay was perfect. I was relaxed all week and never had to leave as everything you need is there. There were enough kitchen appliances and pans to cook . Th rooms are bigs and spacious. He bathrooms are very nice. The pool is big and a lot of space for the whole group. The theater is huge with enough space for the group. There is so much space that several families can stay there but will not be on top of each other. I highly recommend Beachcomber for you next stay as it will be a relaxing stressful clean and beautiful stay. Elliott’s Beach Rental goes above and beyond to make a vacation the best it can possibly be! Staff is very friendly! Highly recommended you book with Elliott’s, you will never stay with anyone else.
