Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Make your next group getaway unforgettable at Coconut Cottage, an oceanfront retreat with a private saltwater pool and hot tub. This Myrtle Beach vacation rental offers eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and a half bath, accommodating up to 32 guests. Enjoy Atlantic Ocean views from the balcony, including from four oceanfront primary bedrooms.
The spacious home features an elevator, a game room, a theater room, and a wet bar, giving guests plenty of ways to relax and have fun together. Prepare meals in the kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, then gather after a day on the beach. A pool table, foosball table, Wi-Fi, and in-unit washer and dryer add convenience and entertainment. Eight on-site parking spaces are listed. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. With the beach right outside and generous shared spaces, Coconut Cottage is designed for a large family gathering.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is located in a great spot. The pool had a glitch and stayed warm most of the week.
The house was absolutely beautiful.
It was most enjoyable. Would rent here again. But would have like to utilized the TV room too. We had planned a movie night for family but TV wouldn’t work. Even repair man couldn’t fix it. He said the owner would have to take care of it. Loved the walk in pantry. The cupboards full of items needed-excellent. Would of been nice to have beach chairs to take to beach
I am now considering renting for my family after the great stay we had with friends.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Coconut Cottage. This was our groups 2nd year staying in this house. we were disappointed that the hot tub was not functioning. The pool gate was also broken, which is a huge safety concern.
The location is wonderful. Our room was nice.
Great place for a large group, especially with kids. Pool and hot tub are great. Beach access steps away. Parasailing and beach chair rentals right in front of house. Well stocked large kitchen made meals a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

5 star property!
Beautiful oceanfront large home. Group of 12 ranging from 3yo to 82yo. The elevator was perfect for our mobility challenges elders. Large gathering space and kitchen area. Showing some wear and tear but as expected. Property management was quick to respond with a minor repair that needed to be done. Overall a wonderful week!
Coconut Cottage was a great place for our group of 14 former college teammates. The place was clean and spacious. Pretty well equipped with dishes, pans and utensils. Bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable for the most part, a few were too soft, but overall good. The elevator was helpful since we are “mature adults, so taking luggage and supplies in the elevator was great. Plus, we had some people with mobility issues. Would definitely look in to staying here again!
