| Guest Cottage #20 is a charming second-row two bedroom, two bath retreat in the Shore Drive area, just a short walk to the beach. This comfortable cottage features an open living area concept, wireless internet, flat-screen TVs, central heating and air, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy the community outdoor pool, rinse off in the outside shower, or relax on the street-side balcony. A grill is available for easy cookouts, and four on-site parking spaces provide added convenience. Monthly winter rentals are available, and weekly rentals are required year round. Guest Cottage #20 is a non-smoking property, and motorcycles and trailers are not permitted. A doorbell camera is present for security. Guest Cottage #20 is an excellent choice for your next beach escape. |
