Oceanfront balconies provide views of the Atlantic, and the private outdoor swimming pool offers another place to enjoy time together between beach visits.
The home also features a spillover spa, a gas grill, and an elevator for added convenience. With seven bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, the property is well suited to large family gatherings or a vacation shared by several families. A washer and dryer, wireless internet, and central heating and air conditioning help make longer stays more comfortable. Perfect house for large family. Easy walk onto beach. Private Pool & hot tub kept teens near. House large enough that we were not on top of each other. Two refrigerators together were nice. Would recommend for a large family.

We absolutely loved our stay at One Happy Place! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. You can tell it’s a place that’s cared for. We left feeling refreshed and already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
Great floor plan. Nice to have upper bunks for the kids. Awesome deck with rocking chairs. Nice pool and hot tub. Loved having a big kitchen island with two refrigerators. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at One Happy Place July 2025.. House layout, balconies, pool & hot tub, and beach view and access were exceptional. Would have liked midweek garbage pickup and another washer/dryer

Our entire experience was great! Check-in was a breeze and not complicated, even though we arrived after hours. The house was phenomenal. Any issues we had were taken care of immediately by the agency. 10 out of 10! See you 2025!
Our second stay at One Happy Place, enjoyed both stays. Had a few minor issues, but Ellliot BR had repair crews out on the Memorial Day holiday to take care of them. All in all a great place for a large group to stay.
VIP treatment at all levels of the company. And somehow they always deliver GREAT weather. We will be back.
