This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Enjoy the oceanfront setting from the balconies, including views from oceanfront master bedrooms.
Outside, the home features a large swimming pool and a separate shallow kiddie pool, giving guests options for cooling off. Inside, a game room adds entertainment between beach outings, while the well-equipped kitchen features granite and quartz counters, stainless appliances, double ovens, two microwaves, two refrigerators, and two dishwashers. An elevator, in-unit washer and dryer, and outside shower add convenience for a group stay. This was a wonderful stay! There were some weather related delays getting in, and Elliot Realty was wonderful about being flexible with check in and making sure we had what we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The Sanctuary is a beautiful home. This place was absolutely perfect!! It meets all the needs of a large family. Everything from pots and pans , utensils, plenty of dishwasher was available. Equipped with 2 fridges, microwaves and dishwashers is a plus. Very clean and very well maintained!! This place is yours Sanctuary away from home. Definitely coming here again. Elliott Beach Rentals staff have all been phenomenal & have helped make our vacation everything it was intended to be. We will definitely recommend Elliot Beach Rentals to our friends and family and we are already planning our next trip!
