Homeowner Disclosure of Exterior Cameras
There is one camera at each pillar on the front of the beach house, each facing a gate that enters/exits the property. Another camera is located halfway up the back stairs facing the side gate adjacent to beach access. The last camera faces the tree lights, the spillway, and the custom lighting and bowl water feature.NOTICE! We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Meal preparation is made easier with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two microwaves, and a coffee bar, while the gas and charcoal grills offer options for outdoor cookouts. An elevator, in-home washer and dryer, and outdoor shower add convenience throughout your stay.
The home sits directly on the oceanfront, so beach time is always close at hand. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. We loved our stay! It was an amazing house for our large family! The pool and humor tubs are lovely and a very nice size! There were temperature controls on each floor so those who line cool stayed on the 2 and floor and those who loved warmer stayed on the 3rd floor. Kitchen wonderfully equipped! Sitting rooms and decks on each floor gave quiet places to retreat .
We loved this house will stay longer next time. I would love to know what kind of mattresses that were in the bedroom, I want to purchase one for myself.
We recently stayed at Destination Sand Dollar and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and the beach access is so convenient for frequent trips to and from the beach. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and they were clean upon arrival. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (we could have used a few more baking/cookie sheets and an electric mixer). The only criticism I would provide on the kitchen is that it could be better organized to leave room for food and grocery items. Having 2 refrigerators and dishwashers was an absolute dream for our party of 22. We loved hanging on the deck in the morning and there was plenty of seating for all of us. The only problem we encountered was that the propane tank ran out mid-week and we were unable to heat the spa. We loved the pool furniture, lighting, and waterfalls. We will definitely return to Destination Sand Dollar!

Location, location, location! Perfectly located in the heart of Cherry Grove, close to all the action. This house is so well appointed that you will never want to leave. Two game rooms, pool, hot tub and a living room on every floor. What more could you ask for!
