Quick response on the elevator problem.
We had a great family trip to North Myrtle Beach! Loved the house - right on the beach was fantastic. Comfortable accommodations. When we called the office about a couple of things, they came right out to fix what they could and noted the things that needed more attention later. Enjoyed our holiday visit and hope to retunr again in the future!
The house was lovely! We had a big family group and it was great for our gathering! It’s on the ocean and the views were magnificent!
Very nice, modern and comfortable and hassle free. I high recommend and would visit again. A nice clean environment. Lots of towels, with bathrooms/showers for each bedroom. The game room and hot tub is a big plus! Maintenance and house keeping are up to par and very informative Properly is modern with free WiFi and working amenities and the elevator is a big plus with plenty of room in the house for gatherings
The house itself is really quite nice and the location is perfect. Perfect for private beach access. Gorgeous view.
Things are dated and worn. Beds need to be replaced, not comfortable. Need blackout curtains on street side bedrooms.
Would love to see a small microwave at the coffee station. It could sit in the place of the plant and decorations in that corner.

Very satisfied with the house. Very clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms were nice and roomy. The pool is great, could use a rail to enter. Would stay here again.
The house is beautiful. Just a couple of minor things..Elliott’s staff is always so helpful and willing to help in whatever is needed.
We will be back, this was a great vacation. Please add more lighting in the bedrooms and upgrade the beds
Beautiful home with supreme beach view and access.
We are a group of 12 adults & 14 children ranging in age from 1 to 15 years old. We loved the space inside the house, the easy proximity to the beach, the pool & the huge porch. The 8 bedrooms were great but we wish there weren’t double beds in 2 of them. They were a little small for 2 of our couples. The hot tub never heated up but we didn’t miss it because it was so hot outside anyway. The pool guy came twice to fix it but was not able to. There were plenty of plates, cups, glasses & bowls in the kitchen but not enough silverware. The three refrigerators were a big help as were the 2 dishwashers. Overall our time here was very memorable & we will definitely consider coming back. Thank you so much!
Beautiful, spacious property with great amenities
Our stay at Southern Hospitality was our annual winter getaway. The weather was not typical and staying at this home helped make our time more relaxing and enjoyable for reading, binging shows at night, and completing puzzles. Since it was an extended stay the well appointed kitchen was appreciated. This has been home away from home, only better because there’s an elevator!
Not your typical vacation home with so many amenities! The elevator is perfect for my husband; he cannot go up and down stairs. The refrigerator's ice makers aren't hooked up but we found the ice maker in the bar area. Lots of normal wear and tear for a beachfront home. Overall, a wonderful place to spend our winter vacation. We are able to relax!

We have stayed at several different homes in NMB and Southern Hospitality was by far the nicest. We host a family reunion every several years and as our family is growing and our needs are changing ( more king and queen bedrooms and fewer bunk rooms as our grandkids are getting married) this property filled the bill. The location was perfect and the living room and dining area were wonderful. All in all the best vacation ever.

Southern Hospitality was very, very nice. Full of amenities. Liked having 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, and a walk-in pantry. The view was magnificent. We were very pleased to find out that that area of Crescent Beach was not as crowded as we had thought it would be. The grandkids loved the 3rd floor game room and sleeping accommodations. The only negatives were that it took a long time for the hot water to get hot and the TVs were confusing to operate, but the positives far outweighed the negatives.

This house was perfect for the amount of people we had! What was nice was everyone had their own room with their own bathroom and the kitchen was big enough for everyone to be in there at the same time without being crowded. The location of the property was beautiful! And the views of the ocean were spectacular. Definitely going to rent this property again.
We've been doing golf trips around the world for more than 30 years and this Condo is as nice a place as we've ever been in. Close to restaurants, courses, and entertainment. Couldn't have been better. We will absolutely book again. It exceeded all our expectations.
House was spacious, comfortably furnished and had an amazing ocean view. We liked having a bathroom for every bedroom. Our family enjoyed our vacation at Southern Hospitality. When we had a few issues, maintenance crew was very responsive.
